Lesson Scheduling & Attendance:

Lessons are scheduled in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Make-up lessons may be offered at the instructor’s discretion, but are not guaranteed.

Payments:

Lesson fees are due in advance or at the start of each month/session, depending on the payment plan. Late payments may result in a paused lesson schedule.

Student Conduct:

Students are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and with a respectful attitude. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program.

Media & Promotion:

Occasionally, we may request permission to share student performance photos or videos on our website or social media. Consent will always be requested beforehand.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated clearly in writing.
